I've tried their service a couple of times and honestly, I wasn't happy either time. Deliveries were late, communication was non-existent, they sent the wrong items, and I didn't even get an invoice. I had to keep following up. I’m done with them, and I appreciate the stress they caused.

The items appeared to be of good quality and looked fantastic. I had to search for a video online to figure out how to connect everything since the instructions in the fact sheet were a bit lacking. It only had a tiny image showing the wires in the right terminals, but didn’t explain how to secure them—there were no screws or anything obvious. Turns out, you just strip the ends of the wires and push them into the holes, and they grip just fine. Another thing to note is that the shipping was pretty pricey for such a small package (just a wire, a rose, and a bulb fitting). I actually paid less for a big rug! Still, I’d definitely shop with them again because I really like the products.

Outstanding support from the team. They were super helpful when we ran into an issue with a courier and got it sorted with their local delivery service on the same day.

After chatting directly with your sales manager, he offered a bunch of ideas on how we could assemble the lighting we needed. He even sent over some photos to show us, which made picking out what we wanted super simple. The online booking system was also a breeze to navigate, and the delivery came right on time. I'm really happy with everything and will definitely come back for more stuff when I need it.

I picked up some pricey decorative LED bulbs from Prisma (the exposed Edison style). After a few months, one of them went kaput.

I shot an email, and Chris quickly set up a replacement. The very next day, a new bulb showed up at my doorstep.

Sadly, the replacement was damaged during shipping. You could tell from the condition of the box that the courier had a rough time with it.

I reached out again, and without any hassle, they sent me another one via next day delivery. Now all my lights are shining bright. Happy days ahead!

Next time I need anything lighting-related, Prisma's website will be my first stop.
